The house of 180 m² is constituted, on the ground floor, of an entrance, a dining room with integrated kitchen, a bathroom, a separated toilet, a room (1 double bed) as well as a large living room of 60 m² with fireplace and sitting area.

The first floor consists of a library area on the mezzanine and 4 bedrooms (2-3 single beds or 1 double bed per room), a bathroom and a separate toilet.

The main house is separated from the old barn by an inner courtyard. The ground floor (100 m²) is available, which allows you to enjoy the ping-pong table.

The garden and the secure pool, facing south, enjoy a beautiful view of the surronding ardeche mountains.
